Privacy notice

This notice covers the forkliftdrill.com website. The iPhone app will have its own privacy details in the App Store when it is released.

What we collect

• Launch list. If you join, we store your email address, the role and plan you picked, the page you joined from, and how you reached the site (for example a search engine or a campaign tag).
• Page events. When you view a page, tap a price button or download the checklist, the site records the event with a random ID kept in your browser's local storage, plus the country, network operator and device type (mobile or desktop) derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address. The ID is not linked to your name or email, and we do not use cookies.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do with it

• Send one email when the app or plan you picked is ready.
• Count interest so we can decide what to build first.

We do not sell or share your information, show ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

Launch list entries are deleted after the launch email is sent, or after 12 months if the app has not launched by then. Page events are kept in aggregate for product decisions.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see or delete what we hold about you, or reply "remove" to any email from us. To reset the random ID, clear this site's data in your browser.

Children

This site is meant for adult workers and employers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
